Shopping


1. What payment methods do you accept?


We accept payments via all Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Payment Wallets, Cash Cards etc. We are also offering Credit Card EMI facilities.


The Website offers currencies based on Customer’s input Country, Currency and IP based tracking. The Currency will be automatically selected. A costumer cannot transact in any other currency.


2. Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?


All Credit Card, Debit Card, ITZ Cash Card and Net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Also, we are verified by Comodo Extended Validation as a Safe and Secure Website.


3. What should I do if my payment fails?


If your card is debited by mistake, there is no need to worry at all. Please just make sure the following at your end.


Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited? If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days.


The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.


If the transaction is unsuccessful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. 


The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net-Banking - 5 business days
  • Debit Card /Credit Card -  10 business days


4. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on SportsGEO?


There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on SportsGEO. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.


Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged extra depending on your location and the weight/volume of the products.


5. What are the delivery charges?


Delivery charge varies for each product and is based on weight/volume of the packed product and as per the rates provided by the Courier Service Partner.


In usual course, relatively higher shipping costs are incurred on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. 


We do not provide cash on delivery facility to the Customers.


Order Status 


1. How do I check the status of my order?


Please check My GEO section under main menu of App/Website/M-site to check your order status. We also timely communication about your order status via Email / SMS under when your order is confirmed / shipped / delivered.


2. When and how can I cancel an order?


You can cancel your order if payment has not been processed by You.


A cancellation request cannot be made after payment has been processed and confirmed by the Payment Gateway.


SportsGEO may also cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including: 


i. Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount

ii. Incorrect pricing or description of the product

iii. Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

iv. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address

v. Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners 

vi. Non availability of product with the Seller


3.  Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?


Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.


Shipping & Delivery 


1.  What is SportsGEO Shipping Policy?


SportsGEO promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.


2.  What are the delivery charges?


Delivery charge varies for each product and is based on weight/volume of the packed product and as per the rates provided by the Courier Service Partner. In usual course, relatively higher shipping costs are incurred on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. 


We do not provide cash on delivery facility to the Customers.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?


SportsGEO generally ships the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:


  • Availability of the Product;
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.


4. How can I get my order delivered faster?


Sorry, currently we do not have any express service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area Pin Code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.


OR


If your order is not shipped, we can schedule the shipment of your order as per your convenience. If your order is shipped, you can track the status on the courier service partner’s website and contact them for scheduling the time of delivery.


5. How can I check if SportsGEO delivers to my PIN Code?


You can find out if SportsGEO delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please enter your Country, State and area PIN code in the “Estimate Shipping Tool” in order to get the required information about standard order delivery. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed. 


6. Can I change the Shipping Address?


You may request for change of address as long as the order has not been handed over to our courier partner. You can track the status of your order in My GEO section.


7.  Does SportsGEO deliver products outside India?


Yes, SportsGEO delivers products outside India.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SportsGEO has no control over these charges, nor can SportsGEO predict what they may be.


Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Courier 


1. What will be the mode of delivery?


SportsGEO has partnered with the best Courier services providers for shipment of products in India and other countries. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other reliable service providers to deliver products.


2. How does the delivery process work?


Customer will be given choice of choosing the courier service partner along with their Shipping charges as per the weight/volume of shipment at product page. Customer can choose any shipping service provider as per his/her choice and as per their reflected rates. 


Customer can also change the courier service provider at the time of final checkout but during single purchase on website, the customer can’t have multiple service providers for different products. The Customer can choose only one service provider for complete cart value and can compare the rates. 


The entire process followed for Domestic orders will be similar for International orders as well including the rates as provided by International courier partners at the product page.


3. How are items packaged?


All items are packed in International standards packaging material and duly sealed with SportsGEO packaging tapes. You are requested to inform us immediately in case any Box is found damaged, opened or any goods missing, and kindly put the remarks on Transporter’s Goods Receipt Note (GRN). Also kindly take pictures of damaged or opened box (if any) and send us by mail so that due action can be taken in regards.


4. Are in-transit products insured?


Yes, all in-transit products are insured by SportsGEO.


5. How can I track the delivery of my order?


Please check My GEO section under main menu of App/Website/M-site to check your order status. We also timely communicate about your order status via Email / SMS when your order is confirmed / shipped / delivered.


Cancellation and Return 


1. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?


Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. Return of the product is only available in case the product delivered is defective i.e., Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty).


You can place a Return request within 3 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery. 


Once you initiate a return request, wherever possible our Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our Logistics, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by SportsGEO.
